  I think the pastor is a wonderful down to earth person. You can see he cares about his people. He has a sermon for the children and I think thats GREAT! He supports not only to elders but young families and teens.
  Also I like the fact we sing hymnals still!

  Unsure of pastor's ability to appropriately lead flock when living so far away. Would like pastor who effectively interacts with flock and can commit by living at parsonage.
